Banana Pear Grean Smoothie with Orange Juice

A deliciously sweet and silky yet healthy banana pear green smothie that is the perfect way to start your day!
Serves: 2 glasses
Ingredients
  • 1 banana
  • 1 pear
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1-2 cups nut milk of your choice (I used oat milk)
  • 2 cups or handfuls of baby spinach
Instructions
  1. Cut up the banana and the pear (after coring it) into bits and add it to your blender together with the orange juice and nut milk (you can start with 1-1 cup and see whether it needs thinning, depending on how thick you like your smoothies).
  2. Add the spinach pulse until it is well blended and if you want to make the smoothie thinner add the additional cups of orange juice and nut milk.
  3. Enjoy right away!
Notes
The more spotted and brown the banana the better, it will make your smoothie extra sweet and silky.

I find this smoothie tastes best when it is chilled, so I use chilled orange juice/nut milk as I usually don't add ice to my smoothies.
